The Wilo team had the desire to approach and improve their social media presence and performance. An increase in professionalism in social media communication, channel management, and content was expected. Furthermore, recruiting campaigns should continue to be actively emphasized and executed.
An important aspect here was also the impact of the social media presence on the company's image and the effective use of channels and content to achieve maximum impact.
The problem

Expansion of target group
First of all, an analysis of the target group was carried out. Here we found that it mainly consisted of the employees of Wilo and their relatives, and that other relevant groups, especially B2B plant manufacturers and installers, had not been reached up to that point.
Effective Channel Strategy
Based on the analysis of the target audience, we selected the appropriate channels through which the desired target group can be reached most effectively. In this case, we chose the platforms Instagram and Facebook, as this is where the target audience is primarily active.
Convince with key messages.
The key messages are the central component of a successful communication strategy and highlight the unique selling points and benefits of working with Wilo. The content conveys the unique service, good accessibility, and wide range of products that go beyond heat pumps - in short: Wilo is a proud partner of installers, distinguished by close collaboration with the target audience and unique quality.
Compelling Content Strategy
However, the work was not yet done with the selection of the right channels and the relevant target audience. Together with Wilo, we developed a content plan with various formats and topics that were then implemented into convincing content. The formats focus on testimonials from installers about successful and satisfying cooperation with Wilo, as well as insights into the company with introductions of individuals in the "Wilo Voices" format and showcasing the quality products in unboxing videos.
Fresh content of the highest quality
Not only fresh ideas but also a correspondingly high-quality implementation is crucial. Here is our solution, the organization of "Content Days" events. The content for the upcoming campaigns is therefore produced in a bundled manner, which allows us to work efficiently and ensure quality and continuity. In order to effectively convince the target audience with relevant information, there is now an increasing focus on video content.
Image management through employer branding
With regular and high-quality posts on social media platforms, Wilo's image is also strengthened, promising a long-term positive impact.
